These CSP Products pushrod tubes for Type-1 engines (not for 1200 cc) were developed with motorsports in mind. They are refined for street use and feature a very large inner diameter, providing smooth running pushrods and better oil return. Removing the cylinder heads is not necessary because of their design. Also the stainless steel spring always ensures pressure on the seals, no matter how much the engine expands or contracts due to heating up or cooling down. The greased O-rings move easily and don't stick to the tubes.

Besides its good looks, the black and silver anodizing on CSP Products aluminium pushrod tubes prevents corrosion.

Among the particular highlights are the assembly tools, developed by CSP Products, too. You hold the two pushrod tube halves together with the little stainless steel fitting tool and insert the tube into the case. Now, you guide the assembly plug through the cylinder head, place it on the tube, compress the two halves, remove the aluminium tool and relieve the assembly plug carefully until the tube sits properly in the cylinder head – as simple as that!
