Brake fluid reservoir pipe that goes between the upper and lower reservoirs on a 73-79 Bay fitted with a servo. 

Yes, we know it seems a bit expensive for plastic pipe, but this is resistant to brake fluid. Some plastic hose you cut from the end of your hose pipe might well fit, but will be split open in no time.
